How long does shipping take?
All orders except personalised or made-to-order pieces are dispatched the next working day.
UK orders typically take 2–5 working days to arrive after dispatch.
International orders:
Delivery times vary by location. You’ll see an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.
Moissanite & made-to-order rings:
Moissanite rings are handset in our workshop and made specifically for each customer.
Because of this bespoke process, they take 10–15 working days to be completed, plus delivery time.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Does my order come with a warranty?

Yes. 925 sterling silver is generally safe for sensitive skin and is nickel-free.
Will your rings turn my finger green?
No. We only use genuine 925 sterling silver, which does not turn fingers green.
Our jewellery is tarnish-resistant and rust-free with proper care.
What if I order the wrong size?
Yes — we offer free exchanges on non-personalised items.
