Returns and Exchanges

If you require a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number via our Contact Page.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Any free gifts included must also be returned

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations

Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed excluding the original shipping fee.

Items showing wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

Exchanges (Free):

We offer free exchanges on all non-personalised items.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Item or size you wish to exchange to

We will provide a prepaid exchange label.

Engraved or Personalised Items:

Engraved and personalised pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If unsure of size, try the ring before engraving.

Cancellations:

Orders process automatically and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Non-personalised items may be returned after delivery if eligible.

Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping for refunds is covered by the customer.

We cover shipping for exchanges only.

Warranty

All jewellery includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and loose stones.

Not Covered:

  • Damage from impact, pressure or misuse

  • Resizing or repairs done outside BellaPlush

  • Lost or stolen items

If your item is out of stock during a warranty claim, you may:

  • Wait for restock

  • Exchange for a similar style

  • Receive a credit note equal to the original purchase value

Transit Disclaimer:

BellaPlush is not liable for delays or loss caused by courier services. Any replacements provided in such cases are issued as a goodwill gesture less shipping costs.

Unclaimed / Incomplete Address Disclaimer

If an order is returned to us as unclaimed or due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Items will be held for 30 days from the date we notify the customer.
After 30 days, the order is considered abandoned and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
