If you require a refund or an exchange please contact us on our contact page. Please refer below for our terms and conditions
RETURNS
If you wish to return your purchase, a full refund will be processed excluding the shipping fee. All items need to be returned in the same condition that they were sent out in and within 14 days of arrival.
The item that is being returned will need to be delivered to our warehouse before we can inspect the jewellery and provide a refund.
We will not refund any items where the jewellery has been damaged . Please note that any additional insurance on orders will also be excluded from the refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-refundable, ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality for all customers.
To successfully process the refund, any complimentary gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.
WARRANTY
We have a special 6 month warranty in place for all items on our website. If your item does get damaged in this time period we will offer you a repair or a replacement.
Engraved or Personalised Orders:
Please Note that any engraved or personalised order are not applicable to a return or exchange. We do not accept cancellations for orders as our systems are automated but do welcome returns if the item is not engraved or personalised.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your order. Please email us on our contact page stating your order number and what item you would like to exchange. We currently offer free exchanges for all orders.
We cannot be held liable for any delays or loss of goods caused by the courier service whilst goods are in transit as our products do not include transit insurance. If goods are lost in transit, any refunds or replacements offered will be on a goodwill gesture basis less our shipping costs. By purchasing, you accept BellaPlush will not be held liable for goods lost in transit and do not need to offer refunds covering losses.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING OF ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
